WESTERO is a backyard barbecue company from Fort Worth, Texas, created by father-daughter duo, Gilbert and Roxanne Pedroza. Each recipe is sourced with quality ingredients and has rooted heritage from Gilbert’s 50+ years in BBQ and Tex-Mex cuisine. The name WESTERO means, 'a man from the West'. Along with Gilbert, Roxanne tells the story of her 'westero', her chef father, through BBQ and their backyard cookouts.
