Shimmer Co-Founders Josh Ahadian and Tibor Mascari met in the artistic air of Bonnaroo. Among the sober spectators and weed smokers, they saw a need to create a middle ground. Something that would let everyone explore and enjoy the moment without going out of their minds. Since Josh has asthma and Tibor has an autoimmune disorder, a CBD beverage seemed like the perfect place to start. Combining their skills in gardening, biology, mixology, and the music industry, they crafted Shimmerwood. We are a couple of busy moms from Columbus, Ohio who value whole ingredients, real food and quality time with our family & friends. We developed a line of all-natural flavor infused simple syrups, with the emphasis on simple, so we can balance those things we value most. Our inventive flavor combinations lend themselves to crafting delicious drinks with just a couple additional ingredients. Since we use all natural ingredients, separation often occurs, so shake them well before each use. ROOT 23 simple syrups also need to be refrigerated once opened and used within a month. ROOT 23 simple syrups have been available at local stores & farmers markets since June 2015. |
