The Four Sisters’ love affair with the grape began in the mid-90s. Inspired by his four beautiful daughters, renowned Australian winemaker, Trevor Mast, set about curating a label that was as stylish, sophisticated and modern as the very women who inspired it. A range his daughters would raise a glass to with friends, and that younger sippers would fall head over heels for in a heartbeat. While Trevor put the idea on paper, it was his daughter who got the label on the bottle. His eldest, Daliah – an emerging artist – designed the dramatic silhouette that would soon become the hallmark of the Four Sisters brand. After enjoying a delicious reception when first poured to the public, the label soon found a new home with the Purbrick Family. Quickly becoming a staple on tables all over the country, it’s little wonder Four Sisters is credited with creating the first mainstream brand in Australia to hero the humble Sauvignon Blanc. Today, Four Sisters is an iconic Australian brand renowned for its fruit-forward wines. Delicious drops celebrated for their consistent quality, approachable style and refreshing affordability, with a vision to have glasses filling up all over the world. Born in the Seychelles and bred in Sydney, Pascal's Pork Scratchings are cooked according to a secret family recipe passed down from one generation to the next. Now produced in Australia, they are made in the same exact way as they were in that small island town, using the same secret family recipe. The love of good food began in our family in the early 1900s, when our great-grandfather was appointed as the head chef for the governor of the Seychelles. Since then, the passion for cooking delicious, simple foods has been a longstanding tradition in our family, with an appreciation for good food being passed down through the generations. Sharing our tale and our uniquely made pork scratchings is important to us. |
