Our journey began with a simple mission: to create a product that would help people feel and perform their best every day. I’d been through a very tough year before starting Spacegoods, drinking way too much coffee, feeling incredibly anxious and thinking there must be a better way! I just wanted to reach that true flow state - focus, energy & calm. So, I got to work creating something simple that I could take once a day, an all-in-one blend that could be mixed with just about anything to help unlock my very best self and allow me to do my best work. And I wanted to do all that while creating a unique brand universe of colours and dreams - a product and a message that stands out from the vanilla copycats that dominate the wellness space today and goes against the grain. That’s really what Spacegoods is all about - doing things our way, helping people reconnect with their most creative selves and optimising their minds to do great things! As we like to say ‘the creative pursuit of a greater self’... I started Lucy’s from my kitchen table because I believed there was a way of transforming simple and fresh ingredients into something a little more exciting. I felt no one was bringing out exciting flavours or suggesting that dressings weren’t simply for salad. So, I got to work sourcing local ingredients and making dressings the way I’d always made them. They’ve gone from creations I’d take to dinner parties in jam jars to now being stocked in Waitrose, Whole Foods, Ocado, Selfridges and Harrods. It’s not only us who thinks our dressings taste delicious, we’ve also been lucky enough to win 11 Great taste awards along the way, and receive fabulous press from the likes of The Times, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, Sheerluxe, Women’s Health and Stylist, to name a few! |
