Through our 6-9 month employment training program, womxn are given the confidence, skills and opportunity they need to get back on their feet. Since 2016, we've employed over 80 womxn. Crisp & Co. was founded in 2012 in Hockessin, Delaware by Thomas Peter, a foodie with a master's degree in biomedical engineering. The brand focuses on artisanally brined, hand-packed pickles made from fresh, local ingredients sourced from the farm-rich region of Eastern Pennsylvania. After growing demand, ownership was transferred to Derek Zukovich and his family, who have over 40 years in the specialty food business. The brand has expanded its offerings to include award-winning pickled beets, mushrooms, and dilly beans, emphasizing that pickling enhances the potential of produce. |
