The Love Shack Brewing Co. began life in May 2021, founded by Conna Mallett and Harrison Cox, who left their jobs in Melbourne to start a brewery in Castlemaine. They initially took over a small shed in the backyard of Castlemaine’s Theatre Royal and quickly expanded due to demand. Their ethos emphasizes quality beers and a laidback atmosphere reminiscent of regional Victorian pubs. |

It started in a hammock, under a coconut palm, in Fiji... On a family holiday in Fiji, we conceived the idea for Coastals Hard Coco—a pre-mix boozy coconut water cocktail. We wanted something bursting with flavour, a drink that makes you go, 'OMG, what is this!?' After nine months of fine-tuning the recipe, here we are, finally ready to share it with everyone. This drink is envisioned to be savoured, to be sipped with your head held high, soaking in the surroundings of the wonderful people and environment you're in. |

Sometimes it derives from a meticulously planned scientific hypothesis, but often results from that 'wouldn't it be great if...' moment. No rhyme and no reason, that’s our motto.
