This means there is some variability in texture and consistency, especially when the yogurts are shaken during shipping. Sometimes, the cream at the top gets mixed with the fermented coconut water at the bottom, which can also change the texture. Other times the thicker portion at the top can seem chunky or fluffy. Our coconut yogurts are plant-based instead of dairy-based so they will last for 8 weeks unopened. Once opened, if you take care of it, it will take care of you!
