Brat Haus is the brainchild of father and son combination Steve and Ben Crick. Steve started as a butcher in 1969, perfecting a range of sausage recipes using prime pork and veal, adapting traditional European recipes. After a trip to Germany in 2010, he developed the foot-long Grilled Bratwurst, a first in Australia, leading to the creation of Brat Haus. Due to popular demand, they opened an online store for custom orders of 'Brat Packs' for events and BBQs. |
