Our story began in the heart of Cookstown, Northern Ireland, back in January 1951, when Mr. & Mrs. Turkington opened the Corner Cake Shop. The bakery became a community landmark, where locals weren't just customers but part of an extended family story. The legacy continued through three generations, with a commitment to using only the finest ingredients. In December 2021, the bakery was acquired by Martin Booth, who rebranded it as Corner Bakery, reflecting the wide variety of baked goods created from scratch every day, while maintaining the same passion and quality. |
