The business has evolved from pig-breeding to creating their own pork products, inspired by traditional Italian methods of salami making. They rear their own RSPCA approved pork and have been recognized with awards for their products, including the 2020 East Anglian Daily Times 'Pride of Suffolk' award. |

I started Lucy’s from my kitchen table because I believed there was a way of transforming simple and fresh ingredients into something a little more exciting. I felt no one was bringing out exciting flavours or suggesting that dressings weren’t simply for salad. So, I got to work sourcing local ingredients and making dressings the way I’d always made them. They’ve gone from creations I’d take to dinner parties in jam jars to now being stocked in Waitrose, Whole Foods, Ocado, Selfridges and Harrods. It’s not only us who thinks our dressings taste delicious, we’ve also been lucky enough to win 11 Great taste awards along the way, and receive fabulous press from the likes of The Times, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, Sheerluxe, Women’s Health and Stylist, to name a few! |

The business began after a hurricane in 1987 forced them to rebuild, and they have since evolved from pig breeding to producing a variety of pork products, including sausages, bacon, and charcuterie.
