Kelley’s Kookies
 |
Cookies |
At Kelley’s Kookies, we believe that cookies are an emotional symbol of love, gratitude and celebration. Since 1988, we’ve been dedicated to helping our customers celebrate the special moments in their lives with our handcrafted shortbread cookies, gourmet gift sets, and superior customer service. Our founder, Marcella Onishi, started Kelley’s Kookies (named after her daughter) with one simple goal in mind: to bake the best cookies the world has ever eaten. Equipped with just the tools from her own kitchen and recipes passed down from generation to generation, Marcella began to sell seven varieties of cookies in gift canisters to her friends, family, and co-workers. As word spread about her wonderful creations, the demand outgrew the capacity of her own kitchen, leading her to open the first official Kelley’s Kookies store in Cypress, CA (1993). In 2003, with a growing product line and expanding customer base, we moved into a larger kitchen in Stanton, CA. This location still serves as our main kitchen today. We’ve since grown to two retail locations and are also available in select specialty markets across California and the Seattle area. Our product offerings now include over 25 varieties of shortbreads and macarons, seasonal items and customizable gift boxes to meet all of your personal or gift-giving needs. You can give the taste of homemade without having to slave away in the kitchen. Let us do all the work so you can spend time celebrating the special moments that matter. Even though Marcella is no longer with us, the Kelley’s Kookies tradition of delicious cookies and superior customer service forever lives on. |

Karma Nuts
 |
Snacks |
Karma Nuts was founded by Ganesh Nair, who married his Masters in Health Science & Technology from MIT and 10+ years of diabetes care work with his family's deep legacy in the cashew business. After decades of proliferation in sugary snacks and fried junk food, he saw an opportunity to develop an alternative to the oil-fried cashews that were normally seen on supermarket shelves. Karma Nuts introduced a line of minimally processed cashews, including the Wrapped® cashew (the most delectable, crunchy, and nutritionally-dense cashew) which was developed by the Nair family leveraging their 85+ years of experience in the cashew business. In 2016, the Wrapped cashew was recognized as the “Best New Snack” at the world’s largest Natural Products show, Expo West. Karma Nuts has since developed many flavors of both Wrapped and Roasted (which are the more conventional “skin-less” cashews) cashews, using All-Natural, Non-GMO Project Verified, Vegan, and Kosher ingredients and are available through both online and brick & mortar retailers. |

Mt. Hope Farms
 |
Artisan Foods and Goods |
We are the Ellis Family – Mike, Laura, Samuel, and Mason. Farming is our passion - where our roots travel deep and wide. As a full time farm family, all our fruits and berries are grown to the highest standards with a finely honed commitment to quality. At Mt. Hope Farms, our goal is to provide customers with a quality product that can be traced from farm to table. We believe our fruits and berries from the Willamette Valley are some of the finest and most flavorful in the world. We wanted to create farm to jar products from the fruits we grew and sourced, while also using local ingredients such as Oregon rum, sea salt from our beautiful coastline, and freshly ground spices from a Portland shop. We use certified Organic ingredients whenever possible. Everything we make is natural and non-GMO. Our fruit spreads are the best! And, we love to rave about them. Since 2016, we have been the happy recipients of the Good Foods Awards for several of our fruit spreads. |
