I grew up making nalysnyky (Ukrainian crepes with fillings) with my mom in Odessa, Ukraine. When mom and I immigrated to the US, we wanted to share our family recipes with our new home country and our new community. Handcrafted, made with fresh, local ingredients, Ptashka's nalysnyky is a true artisanal product without preservatives, additives or trans fat. Ptashka makes food for people who love the tradition of home cooking, but who appreciate the 'ready to eat' concept at the same time. Our technology allows us to preserve the freshness of our product, so when you warm it up, it tastes fresh out of the oven.
