This means there is some variability in texture and consistency, especially when the yogurts are shaken during shipping. Sometimes, the cream at the top gets mixed with the fermented coconut water at the bottom, which can also change the texture. Other times the thicker portion at the top can seem chunky or fluffy. This is totally normal, and your yogurt still has all of the super probiotic benefits your body loves! If you want, you can stir it up or let it settle out to modify texture. Our coconut yogurts are plant-based instead of dairy-based so they will last for 8 weeks unopened. Once opened, if you take care of it, it will take care of you! Seal the jar tightly, don’t double dip, keep other food particles out of the jar, keep it in the fridge, and it should last for 3 weeks.
