Our goal was to simply share the power of using spelt flour and organic ingredients and encourage more of our community to make conscious food choices. Fast forward to today, we are proud to say that we now have multiple organic spelt pizzeria restaurants across Melbourne – and counting! Our mission is to inspire people near, far and wide, to live a healthy & happy life through conscious food choices that are still yummy, and everyone will love! We use spelt flour because it's not only delicious but also nutritious. Spelt is an ancient grain that's easier to digest and packed with more protein and fiber than regular wheat, giving our pizzas and pastas a wholesome flavor without compromising on health. Organic mozzarella cheese offers superior taste and quality.
