Big Wick's started when the founder was introduced to jalapeño jelly at an event at the 6666 Ranch while attending Texas Tech University. After experimenting with his own recipe that included smoking jalapeños with mesquite wood, he began selling jars to friends and family. With encouragement from his wife, he revived the recipe and has since sold over 15,000 jars across multiple states and countries, adapting the product into a versatile liquid glaze. |
