After switching to a plant-based diet for environmental reasons, he realized that existing meatless options were overly processed and unsatisfactory. This led him to create Plant Provisions, focusing on high-quality, whole ingredients sourced from sustainable farms, particularly chickpeas and veggies, to make delicious plant-based deli slices. |
