It started in a hammock, under a coconut palm, in Fiji... On a family holiday in Fiji, we conceived the idea for Coastals Hard Coco—a pre-mix boozy coconut water cocktail. We wanted something bursting with flavour, a drink that makes you go, 'OMG, what is this!?' After nine months of fine-tuning the recipe, here we are, finally ready to share it with everyone.
