Afia began as a little black recipe book in Syria. Our journey from there, to a farmers’ market in Austin, TX, and now to stores across the nation, has been driven by our love of traditional Mediterranean food. It’s this love that inspired us to infuse the flavors of our first home with modern flavors that appeal to our new one. “Afia!” is a toast “to one’s health and well-being” and a reminder to brighten your table, and uplift those around it. That’s why we make authentic food from scratch in Austin, Texas that nourishes the body and the community – all at once. We're on a mission to make food powerful and elevate refugees and families in need at every step of the way. Since 2020, we've proudly donated more than 300,000 falafel and kibbeh to the hungry in our community, while on a personal mission to employ refugees and grow their education. |

Crisp & Co. was founded in 2012 in Hockessin, Delaware by Thomas Peter, a foodie with a master's degree in biomedical engineering. The brand focuses on artisanally brined, hand-packed pickles made from fresh, local ingredients sourced from the farm-rich region of Eastern Pennsylvania. After growing demand, ownership was transferred to Derek Zukovich and his family, who have over 40 years in the specialty food business. The brand has expanded its offerings to include award-winning pickled beets, mushrooms, and dilly beans, emphasizing that pickling enhances the potential of produce. |
