Over the years, St. Elmo has received national acclaim for their sinus-clearing cocktail sauce, and it became world-famous for its one-of-a-kind heat. Naturally, guests of the steakhouse, especially those traveling from outside of Indiana, frequently requested that the fiery cocktail sauce be bottled so they could enjoy it regularly at home. The popularity of the bottled sauce then led to packaging the famous steakhouse’s proprietary blend of seasoning, and the line of products has continued to grow. Today, St. Elmo Steak House products can be enjoyed nationwide.
