Chia Sisters
 |
Beverages |
Chia Sisters was founded in 2012 by sisters Chloe and Florence Van Dyke in Nelson, New Zealand. The brand began with Chloe's quest to create a natural drink using chia seeds, which led to extensive research and the development of a unique hydration technology for chia seeds. The sisters aim to produce delicious, all-natural drinks that support health and sustainability, and they have achieved significant milestones in their journey, including becoming New Zealand's first solar-powered juicery and achieving B Corp certification. |

Apostle Hot Sauce
 |
Food & Beverage |
Apostle is a small team of three, Mat, Lydia and their dog Ben. Mat had been concocting delicious sauces, ferments and spice mixes for years, so in an attempt to get to know their community better, they started selling them at their local market in Paekākāriki. With an overwhelmingly positive response, they decided to do more. With Lydia’s background in graphic design and their shared love of great food, they thought this would be a wonderful way to utilise their individual skills and passions to create something beautiful together. They draw inspiration for their flavours from the diverse culinary landscape of Aotearoa, blending the best of local flavours to make every dish enjoyable. Heavily inspired by Roman Catholic artwork, Greek Orthodox iconography, Irish Illuminated Manuscripts and Tarot de Marseilles, each bottle and its contents are considered a work of art, a gift from their hearts to your plate. |
