Supermaté Soda is a small operation run by a few Melbourne locals who wanted a Yerba Maté soda created for our climate and our tastes. So we decided to make it ourselves and to make it locally! We wanted a soda with all natural ingredients and heaps of that unique Yerba Maté flavour. We wanted it to be better for you and low in calories so we can drink it whenever we like. We wanted it in cans so we can take it to festivals and make it easy to recycle. We hope you like what we've created! |

Our philosophy is simple, really - We want nothing less than a revolution for gluten free foods. For too long, gluten free and allergen conscious foods have suffered a (deservedly) bad reputation. We are determined to change this. We are dedicated to crafting delicious bakery items, that just happen to be gluten and dairy free. Our products celebrate beautiful ingredients, direct from farmers and producers. Organic flour, seeds and dried fruit, whole grains, truly free range eggs and the best honey in the world (Malfroy's Gold, we aren't biased...). We also avoid refined sugar where possible and do not use any gums or preservatives. We treat our ingredients with care and consideration, using skills we have developed over years of baking. Everything is hand-made, artisinal and small batch.
