Wild Country Fine Foods (NZ) Ltd commenced operation in 1995. It all started with using interesting bottles for flavoured olive oils and vinegars. Wild Country expanded its operation in 2000 with their purpose built commercial kitchen based in rural Waikato and became a leading condiments manufacturer with a range of chutneys, jams, marmalatas, dressings, sauces and aiolis. In 2011 Wild Country introduced a second brand, 362 GRILLHOUSE which quickly gained market share in specialty food retail stores. Wild Country products are sold nationally & overseas and use only the best ingredients. Hands On Angelique and her husband Stephen still maintain a hands on approach with manufacturing, recipe development and customer service. |
