Onesto means "honest" in Italian. Jane and her husband grew up in vibrant Italian-American families where food was the heart of every celebration and milestone. Their weekends were filled with huge, delicious antipasto platters surrounded by friends and family, sharing laughter and countless stories. When their daughter faced a gluten allergy, she couldn’t bear to part with her favorite food: crackers. Determined to keep family traditions alive, Jane searched for gluten-free options but found only overly processed ones. So, she crafted her own recipe, promising to only use honest ingredients. Jane’s crackers quickly stole the show at local dinner parties and gatherings where people had no idea the crackers were gluten-free. Now, as a favorite cracker in markets and cafes across the country, Onesto is proving that honest food is the best food and gluten-free doesn’t mean flavor-free. |

Crisp & Co. was founded in 2012 in Hockessin, Delaware by Thomas Peter, a foodie with a master's degree in biomedical engineering. The brand focuses on artisanally brined, hand-packed pickles made from fresh, local ingredients sourced from the farm-rich region of Eastern Pennsylvania. After growing demand, ownership was transferred to Derek Zukovich and his family, who have over 40 years in the specialty food business. The brand has expanded its offerings to include award-winning pickled beets, mushrooms, and dilly beans, emphasizing that pickling enhances the potential of produce. |
