Karma Nuts was founded by Ganesh Nair, who married his Masters in Health Science & Technology from MIT and 10+ years of diabetes care work with his family's deep legacy in the cashew business. I grew up making nalysnyky (Ukrainian crepes with fillings) with my mom in Odessa, Ukraine. When mom and I immigrated to the US, we wanted to share our family recipes with our new home country and our new community. Handcrafted, made with fresh, local ingredients, Ptashka's nalysnyky is a true artisanal product without preservatives, additives or trans fat. Ptashka makes food for people who love the tradition of home cooking, but who appreciate the 'ready to eat' concept at the same time. Our technology allows us to preserve the freshness of our product, so when you warm it up, it tastes fresh out of the oven.
