Postum
 |
Beverages |
Postum is a blend born from a personal quest for wellness. In 1895, the Postum Cereal Company began offering Postum to the public as a healthy alternative to coffee. June Rust's journey led her to release Postum again to consumers so they can enjoy this delicious healthful beverage. Postum is caffeine-free and crafted with whole grains. Today, Eliza's Quest Foods, a thriving women-owned business, continues this legacy. Postum's journey centers on sourcing excellence and sustainability. We select the finest ingredients – wheat, wheat bran, and molasses – ensuring quality and sustainability. Even the spent grains nurture local soil. Community engagement is key; we support education through an athletic scholarship. Our vision is simple: offer a nutritious, comforting choice. Make Postum your morning ritual and evening calm, enriching your day one sip at a time. |

Karma Nuts
 |
Snacks |
Karma Nuts was founded by Ganesh Nair, who married his Masters in Health Science & Technology from MIT and 10+ years of diabetes care work with his family's deep legacy in the cashew business. After decades of proliferation in sugary snacks and fried junk food, he saw an opportunity to develop an alternative to the oil-fried cashews that were normally seen on supermarket shelves. Karma Nuts introduced a line of minimally processed cashews, including the Wrapped® cashew (the most delectable, crunchy, and nutritionally-dense cashew) which was developed by the Nair family leveraging their 85+ years of experience in the cashew business. In 2016, the Wrapped cashew was recognized as the “Best New Snack” at the world’s largest Natural Products show, Expo West. Karma Nuts has since developed many flavors of both Wrapped and Roasted (which are the more conventional “skin-less” cashews) cashews, using All-Natural, Non-GMO Project Verified, Vegan, and Kosher ingredients and are available through both online and brick & mortar retailers. |

Ptashka Crepes
 |
Food |
Ptashka (*little bird in Ukrainian) is a Michigan-based business started by me and my mom as a mother and daughter family affair. I grew up making nalysnyky (Ukrainian crepes with fillings) with my mom in Odessa, Ukraine. When mom and I immigrated to the US, we wanted to share our family recipes with our new home country and our new community. Handcrafted, made with fresh, local ingredients, Ptashka's nalysnyky is a true artisanal product without preservatives, additives or trans fat. Ptashka makes food for people who love the tradition of home cooking, but who appreciate the 'ready to eat' concept at the same time. Our technology allows us to preserve the freshness of our product, so when you warm it up, it tastes fresh out of the oven. We love what we do and we love sharing our Ukrainian heritage and traditions with you. Given our family's history and our love for the Ukrainian people, a portion of our proceeds will be donated to United Help Ukraine. |

Terranean Herbs & Spices
 |
Spices and Snacks |
As a Lebanese-American, I grew up enjoying authentic Lebanese za’atar when I visited my parents’ village every summer. I launched Terranean Herbs and Spices to create real authentic, filler-free za’atar products like the ones I grew up enjoying. My products are high quality, the same that I would serve my own family (including our three kids) and our guests, because that is the experience I want everyone to have with za’atar. Once you enjoy it the right way, there is no turning back! |

Verse Chocolate
 |
Chocolate |
Verse chocolate is the result of innumerable treks across the globe, untold hours of conversations with people from distant lands and a sincere dedication to studying the best methods of crafting chocolate. Your participation in that journey begins with your first bite of our dark chocolate. Verse has 'cracked the code' on how to make a dark chocolate less bitter without the use of excess sugar. It starts with cacao bean fermentation at the farm. The fermentation process of cacao is directly related to the taste and sweetness of what becomes chocolate. Verse can deliver a high cacao content with all the creamy sweetness of a lower percentage. |
