Postum

Beverages |
Postum is a blend born from a personal quest for wellness. In 1895, the Postum Cereal Company began offering Postum to the public as a healthy alternative to coffee. June Rust's journey led her to release Postum again to consumers so they can enjoy this delicious healthful beverage. Postum is caffeine-free and crafted with whole grains. Today, Eliza's Quest Foods, a thriving women-owned business, continues this legacy. Postum's journey centers on sourcing excellence and sustainability. We select the finest ingredients – wheat, wheat bran, and molasses – ensuring quality and sustainability. Even the spent grains nurture local soil. Community engagement is key; we support education through an athletic scholarship. Our vision is simple: offer a nutritious, comforting choice. Afia
 |
Food Products |
Afia began as a little black recipe book in Syria. Our journey from there, to a farmers’ market in Austin, TX, and now to stores across the nation, has been driven by our love of traditional Mediterranean food. It’s this love that inspired us to infuse the flavors of our first home with modern flavors that appeal to our new one. “Afia!” is a toast “to one’s health and well-being” and a reminder to brighten your table, and uplift those around it. That’s why we make authentic food from scratch in Austin, Texas that nourishes the body and the community – all at once. We're on a mission to make food powerful and elevate refugees and families in need at every step of the way. Since 2020, we've proudly donated more than 300,000 falafel and kibbeh to the hungry in our community, while on a personal mission to employ refugees and grow their education. |

Bizzy Cold Brew
 |
Coffee |
Alex and Andrew started making their own cold brew coffee in their cramped apartment in 2013 after being fed up with paying $5 for a cup from a coffee shop. Today, our ready-to-drink Cold Brew coffee is sold in more than 8,000 grocery stores across the country. Bizzy Cold Brew bags, coarse grounds and whole bean are bestsellers on Amazon, and are also available for purchase directly from our site and Walmart.com. The Start With Andrew's background in R&D Engineering, Alex's background in Consumer Research, and a drive to endlessly pursue perfection in their work, they set out to create the best tasting cold brew coffee on the market. The Grind They researched and tested every variable, including the bean origins, roast profiles, grind sizes, brewing temperatures and brewing times, filtration methods, packaging, and storage conditions. They started bottling it, giving it to their friends for feedback, and continued to brew their own coffee every single day. The Big Move After spending 3-years on research and thousands of dollars on coffee, commercial kitchen rent, and bottles, they went 'all in' and turned their passion into a career. Bizzy has grown significantly since those early days, with a full production facility, brewing team and front office of cold brew fanatics. But one thing remains constant: our drive to endlessly pursue the perfect cold brew. We are Bizzy® Cold Brew We make the best-tasting cold brew coffee in the world. A bold statement? You bet. We've put our noses to the coffee grindstone to make it a reality. Since Alex and Andrew founded the company in 2015, we've spent years perfecting our signature organic blends, and can proudly report thousands of 5-star reviews to back up our claim. |

Yai's Thai
 |
Food Products |
Hi! We’re Leland and Sarah, and we’re so happy you found Yai’s! We created Yai’s Thai shortly out of college to build something together that we truly believe in. We’re passionate about changing how people think of and experience healthy eating, and wanted to improve the options available at stores. Naturally, we turned to the recipes we knew best! Leland’s half-Thai heritage lead us to a lot of Thai cooking in our own kitchen, and also lead us to our name - “Yai” is the Thai word for “grandma” (and is pronounced to rhyme with “Thai”). Our products all started in our home kitchen, where we whipped up trial batches with carefully selected ingredients, and many-a-phone-call with Leland’s mom until we had achieved the perfect balance. We firmly believe there’s no reason for so many unhealthy products to persist, but also that healthy alternatives shouldn’t have to compromise on flavor. We want to create products that taste amazing. Full stop. Not “oh it’s good for a special diet product.” We aim for “this is delicious, oh and it’s also [fill in special diet here].” Many of our sauces are Whole30 Approved, as well as paleo friendly, gluten free, vegan, and low sodium, so you can eat your heart out knowing your sauce is just there to bring the flavor! Since authentic Thai ingredients naturally have such bold flavors, we made a commitment to let these flavors shine without adding any junk, and to do so with products that are easy for anyone to use at home, without having to follow long recipes and gather obscure ingredients (galangal anyone?). Thai food is delicious, and we want you to be able to enjoy it regardless of your dietary preferences and cooking skills! #justaddyais We’re so excited to share our recipes with you! |
