Onsuri’s exceptional oil comes from Europe’s most prestigious olive varieties grown at the heart of the Fertile Crescent. In Jordan, Greek, Spanish, and local trees are tenderly cultivated on the sustainable family farm. The farm is owned by Ziad Bilbeisi, who has presided over some of the Middle East’s highest quality olive oil since the turn of the century. The family’s single-family estate was started from scratch 11 years ago, and they have since planted 215,000 olive trees on a 300-acre desert site. The company aims to provide consumers with the finest extra virgin oil, clear and transparent, and absolutely without compromise, focusing on quality over quantity. |
