Onesto means "honest" in Italian. Jane and her husband grew up in vibrant Italian-American families where food was the heart of every celebration and milestone. Their weekends were filled with huge, delicious antipasto platters surrounded by friends and family, sharing laughter and countless stories. When their daughter faced a gluten allergy, she couldn’t bear to part with her favorite food: crackers. Determined to keep family traditions alive, Jane searched for gluten-free options but found only overly processed ones. So, she crafted her own recipe, promising to only use honest ingredients. Jane’s crackers quickly stole the show at local dinner parties and gatherings where people had no idea the crackers were gluten-free. Now, as a favorite cracker in markets and cafes across the country, Onesto is proving that honest food is the best food and gluten-free doesn’t mean flavor-free. |

Bees & Trees Honey was founded while my family and I were living in New Zealand from 2009-2012. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, I continue to carefully manage all aspects of the business with frequent trips to New Zealand and lots of time video conferencing. The pristine environment of New Zealand is world-renowned. Our cropping sites are mostly surrounded by native forests, and they are remote even by New Zealand standards. Our honey comes from the Taranaki region and we believe that the microclimate of this region contributes to the superior taste of our honey. Our bees are looked after carefully to maintain the health and strength of each colony year-round. All this is done so they can do one thing especially well—produce for you, our customer, one of the world's best tasting, and most amazing all natural health-beneficial products, Bees & Trees Manuka Honey. |
