Behind the all natural ingredients, classic flavors and stunning packaging are a pair of life-long friends with a passion for Prosecco and even better cocktails. As we wandered the globe, often with nothing more than suitcases and a dream, the Italian l'aperitivo ritual became our anchor. The aperitivo is the time of day when stress begins to fade and you’re left with what's important: the moment you're in and the people you're with. So we returned to Italy on a quest to design the perfect Prosecco-based spritz; simple ingredients, consistently high-quality, and never boring. We wanted it to be convenient and stylish without being wasteful or pretentious. But above all else, it had to be authentically Italian. Benvenuti a Inversa. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. |

Vi er stolte av å produsere våre prisvinnende viner på en økologisk og transparent måte, med en enkel ingrediensliste og rene, ærlige smaker. Hemmeligheten ligger i førsteklasses råvarer og håndverkstradisjoner, kombinert med en innovativ og skånsom metode for å fjerne alkoholen – uten at det går på bekostning av kvaliteten. 1. Chardonnay- og Tempranillo-druer høstes i Spanias La Mancha-region, en av Europas eldste og største vinregioner. 2. Druer transporteres til vingården hvor de gjennomgår en prosess kalt 'Whole Cluster Press' kjent for å lage en mindre snerpende vin. 3. Druejuicen dekanteres deretter over i rustfrie ståltanker hvor de gjennomgår naturlig gjæring. Dette fortsetter til vinen når en delikat balanse. 4. Vinen vakuumdestilleres deretter ved under 25°C, slik at alkoholen fjernes uten å skade de delikate smakene og aromaene. Denne prosessen gjør det mulig for ALT. å bevare vinens karakteristiske smak, syre og munnfølelse uten kompromisser. 5. Vinen gjennomgår deretter en filtreringsprosess for å fjerne organisk materiale ytterligere, og blandes så med litt økologisk sukker for å skape en perfekt balanse. 6. Vinen blir deretter karbonert og tappes så på flaske, får naturkork, etikett og er klar for salg med en holdbarhet på 3 år. |

Our story began in the city of Rezekne, Latvia, where our founding brothers’ Great-Grandparents began distilling from grain. The two brothers, Vitalijs and Alex, grew up watching their grandparents growing grain and using secret family recipes passed down from generation to generation to produce fine spirits. In 1998, they moved to the heart of the country in Stoke-on-Trent and were inspired by the city and its rich cultural heritage. Made up of six neighbouring towns and renowned as the ‘World capital of ceramics’, the area's reputation for high craftsmanship appealed to their sense of perfection. SIXTOWNS Gin was born from their mission to create artisan spirits that encapsulate the refined craftsmanship of Stoke-on-Trent. |
