Disappointed by the lack of options on the market, I resolved to bring my vision to fruition. Before motherhood, my focus on health took a different form. I delved into fitness competitions, embarked on photoshoots, and conquered half marathons. However, I learned that true wellness extends beyond mere appearances; it encompasses a holistic approach to well-being. Motherhood became my true calling—a journey where I could authentically embody my values. Driven by a desire to be the best version of myself, both for my own fulfillment and for my children, I realized that conscious living is the ultimate testament of love. Amidst the sleepless nights, the whirlwind of stress and joy, and the priceless moments of celebration, I sought a way to unwind and connect without compromising my health or my role as a mother.
