In our pursuit of perfection, we spared no effort in ensuring that every sip of Sobel's captures the true essence of African and Caribbean flavours. Through meticulous recipe development with professionals, we insisted on using natural leaves to brew our teas, shunning the industry standard of extracts in favour of preserving the integrity of our ingredients. However, our dedication to authenticity faced its greatest challenge in finding a manufacturer capable of hot soaking hibiscus leaves to extract the fullest flavours. Undeterred, our team scoured the UK until we discovered a partner who shared our vision and brought our dream to life. At the heart of our brand lies our flagship product, the Hibiscus and Ginger drink—a beloved staple of gatherings and street vendors throughout West Africa. It's a source of pride for us to reintroduce this iconic beverage to the UK market, offering a refreshing and healthy alternative to conventional drinks. But our journey doesn't end here.
