Scotch Bonnet Pepper – named after the “Tammie” a bonnet style hat traditionally worn by Scottish men, which the pepper resembles. Scotch Bonnet is ubiquitous throughout the Caribbean and West Africa and prized for its heat and sweet flavor. Bathed in the spirit of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. A family recipe developed by mixologist Karl Franz Williams and inspired by his Grandfather, Uncle Waithley who lived his entire life on the enchanting island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Uncle Waithley's is dedicated to crafting small batch vintage beers that celebrate the art of brewing. A key advantage of being a small batch company is that our team gets to personally inspect every knob of ginger, root of turmeric, and scotch bonnet bell that passes through our kitchen. We take pride in preserving both a recipe and process that has been passed down with great care. When Karl’s father advised him to rest the ginger beer for a minimum of three days, his words were heeded, resulting in our unique vintage fermentation process. Every time we seal a cap, we ensure the flavor of Uncle Waithley’s gives a little history, personality, and passion in every bottle. At our roots, we are all about “The Vibe”. We believe in the power of a wicked rhythm, lyrics that we can sing out loud with our eyes closed, dance, style, and good company to create a positive, free-spirited atmosphere- a moment. Atlas Brew Works is a neighborhood production brewery and taproom with four locations across the DC metro area. We make crave-worthy artisanal beer in a variety of styles at our facilities in Ivy City and Navy Yard in DC, Alexandria VA and Washington Reagan National Airport. It started with a girl; shortly after graduating from Vanderbilt University, Justin Cox moved to Washington DC in pursuit of a girl, while also developing a passion for craft beer. He started brewing at home and eventually opened a brewery to bring people together over delicious craft beer. Atlas Brew Works has been a 100% solar-powered brewery since August 2015, emphasizing their commitment to environmental stewardship. |

Encouraged by the persistence of friends and family, Hoss and his wife embarked on their entrepreneurial journey in 2016, establishing their family-run enterprise. To this day, they lovingly craft their delectable treat in the heart of Salt Lake City, Utah. When I was younger, I loved hot sauce. It was always my go-to condiment for any dish. But then, as I got older, I started to realize that I was using way too much hot sauce. I couldn't really taste my food anymore. That's when I knew I needed to find a hot sauce that had flavor before heat. From traveling the world, to going to hot sauce conventions, I finally got the courage to start my own company in 2020, during a world pandemic. Our mission is to deliver flavor before heat hot sauces, so you can enjoy your food without having to compromise on flavor. I am proud to say that Revved Up focuses on creating sauces that have big, bold flavors, and our bestseller, Pineapple Bomb hot sauce, is a perfect example of that commitment. |
